About
The No Homer Rule
While this is a Caps fan’s blog, Puck ‘N Hockey will not be another Caps homer blog. If we think the team or organization does something wrong, we’re going to write about it. If we like what they are doing, we’re going to write about it. Plain and simple.
Along the way, we will try to cover the major stories floating around the National Hockey League and some of its affiliates. The same no homer rule will apply to these stories.
As such, Puck ‘N Hockey will be an outlet for the contributors to vent pleasure and displeasure with what they witness while watching the sport they love.
Hockey Is Not Just Played By Overgrown Millionaires.
Many of the contributors to Puck ‘N Hockey participated in local, competitive hockey organizations and feel strongly that this is the base that has and will support the local NHL club for years. We believe it is our responsibility to shed light on this community. Whether it be junior and club college teams or the success of youth leagues and learn to play programs, we want to be the voice of the grassroots hockey organizations in the DC metropolitan area.
Credit Where Credit Is Due
